CONNECT TO SUCCESS YAIP PROGRAM
"Together we can change lives." 

"Connect to Success" is a new and exciting Young Adult Internship Program (YAIP) for persons 16-24 years old. Participants will earn $2,200 over a 14-week paid-internship experience, which includes completing work-readiness and leadership development workshops as part of pursuing educational, training and career goals. This YAIP program will identify some of the most gifted and talented young persons within our communities; all of whom will undergo a competitive selection process. How you can help:
Right now, there are more than 160,000 young men and women within our City's five boroughs who are not "connected" to educational and employment opportunities. With your support, we can prepare them for healthy, productive, and successful lives.
Primary funding for this YAIP program is received by the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development. Some of the ways that you can help with these efforts may include: Recruitment, Coaching, and Sponsorship. It is only with the support of friends like you that this program can be a success.
